The Old Plantation
A rum old fashioned featuring two Plantation rums and a combination of ginger and lime bitters.

Ingredients
- 1¼ oz. Plantation Pineapple Rum
- ¾ oz. Plantation O.F.T.D. Overproof Rum
- ⅛ oz. rich demerara syrup
- 4 dashes Scrappy's Lime Bitters
- 3 dashes Hella Bitters Ginger
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a rocks glass with a large ice cube and stir until chilled.
- Garnish with an expressed lime peel.
