Ingredients

  • 1½ ounce Hendrick's Gin
  • ½ ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • ½ ounce grenadine
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake until chilled and double strain into a coupette glass.
  • Garnish with two sprigs of thyme.
