Pear Brandy Old Fashioned
Clear Creek's Pear Brandy combines with the flavors of vanilla, cherry bark, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg to create a seasonal riff on the Old Fashioned.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Clear Creek Pear Brandy
- ¼ ounce vanilla simple syrup
- ⅛ ounce pimento (allspice) dram
- ⅛ ounce Amaro Montenegro
- 3 dashes Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Instructions
- Build the drink in a rocks glass by pouring ingredients over a large ice cube.
- Stir until chilled and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
