Modified Industry Sour

Ingredients

Green Chartreuse

ounce
lime juice
¾
ounce
Letherbee Fernet
½
ounce
mint simple syrup
1
egg white
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. (no ice)
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Notes
This is a modified version of Ted Kilgore's Industry Sour.
