Low-Alcohol Negroni
This low-alcohol negroni recipe comes about as close to the real thing as you'll get. The small amount of alcohol is from the use of cocktail bitters, and it results in a cocktail that is roughly 1.39% ABV.

Instructions
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice and stir until chilled.
Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
