Dolin Blanc Vermouth

bottle
Underberg Bitters
¾
ounce
lemon juice
¾
ounce
simple syrup
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
Any remaining cocktail should be served in a sidecar with the empty Underberg bottle inverted.
