Ingredients

ounce
sweet vermouth
1
ounce
dry vermouth
½
ounce
absinthe
2
dashes
orange bitters
Instructions
Combine sweet and dry vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Float (slowly pour) the absinthe onto the surface of the drink.
Garnish with a mint sprig and orange twist.
