Instructions
In a double rocks glass, lightly muddle 5 mint leaves to express the aromatics.
Add SUZE, lime juice, demerara syrup and crushed ice, then swizzle until chilled.
Pack glass with more crushed ice, top with Yellow Chartreuse, and garnish with mint sprigs.
