Cranberry Vanilla Shrub

Ingredients

cups
cranberries (140g)
1½
cups
water
⅛
cup
brown sugar
⅛
cup
white sugar
3
ounces
apple cider vinegar
1
ounce
balsamic vinegar
¼
teaspoon
salt
1
vanilla bean
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer until the cranberries pop.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Allow mixture to cool and process in batches in food processor.
Strain through cheesecloth then mesh strainer.
Bottle and store.
