Ingredients

  • 2 oz. full-bodied amber rum (could also use rye, applejack, brandy, or blended Scotch)
  • ¾ oz. Carpano Antica vermouth
  • ¼ oz. Yellow Chartreuse 
  • ¼ oz. Bénédictine
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
