pineapple juice

(optional as a float/garnish)
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a Collins glass and fill with crushed ice.
Gently stir with a swizzle stick or barspoon.
Top with more crushed ice and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and a mint sprig.
