Brie Stuffed Mushrooms

plain bread crumbs

brie (roughly ⅓ of a 9.5 ounce wheel)
diced ⅛”

garlic
minced

tablespoon
olive oil
salt
pepper
Maldon sea salt
for garnish
minced tarragon
for garnish
Instructions
Combine ingredients except for garnishes in a large bowl and fold until combined.
Stuff mushrooms and cook at 350 °F for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with strawberry balsamic tarragon sauce.
