Fun fact, "bijou" is French for "jewel". Gin is diamond, Green Chartreuse is emerald, and sweet vermouth is ruby.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce Green Chartreuse
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

  • Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel and a cherry.
