Bananas Up
A spirit-forward cocktail that features Charanda, mezcal, and banana liqueur.

Ingredients
- 1½ ounce Charanda Blanco (Uruapan preferred)
- ½ ounce banana liqueur (high quality such as Combier is preferred)
- ¼ ounce mezcal
- ¼ ounce Dolin Blanc
- ½ ounce kirschwasser
- 2 dashes Scrappy's Black Lemon Bitters
- 1 cherry (garnish)
- 1 lemon twist (express and discard)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Express and discard lemon twist. Garnish with cocktail cherry.
