I’ve always been a fan of anything Clear Creek Distillery puts out, especially their pear brandy. It’s the best pear Eau de Vie that I’ve come across. This pear brandy old fashioned recipe comes together to create the perfect fall or winter cocktail.

As most cocktail enthusiasts know, the old fashioned is not simply limited to whiskey. This rum old fashioned uses a split base of Plantation Pineapple Rum along with their O.F.T.D. Overproof (69% ABV) Rum.
