Ingredients
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- ½ ounce absinthe
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
- Combine sweet and dry vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Float (slowly pour) the absinthe onto the surface of the drink.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and orange twist.
