Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce Dolin Blanc Vermouth or Lillet Blanc
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 dash absinthe

Instructions

  • Add absinthe to coupe glass and swirl around to coat. Discard the excess. (Alternatively, you could use a small atomizer to mist the glass.)
  • Combine remaining ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into chilled coupe glass.
