Chartreuse Swizzle

I’d say that the Chartreuse Swizzle is the king of all Chartreuse cocktails, but then I recall the Last Word.

The versatile swizzle gives off some tiki vibes with the combination of pineapple and lime along with that aromatic mint bouquet garnish. It’s the perfect cocktail for patio sipping on a warm summer day.

Chartreuse Swizzle

Ingredients

  • oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. velvet falernum
  • grated nutmeg (garnish)
  • mint sprig (garnish)
  • Angostura bitters (optional as a float/garnish)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a Collins glass and fill with crushed ice.
  • Gently stir with a swizzle stick or barspoon.
  • Top with more crushed ice and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and a mint sprig.
