Chai Concentrate

Instructions
- With the exception of the tea, bring all ingredients to a boil, then reduce to medium low heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add tea and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain liquid and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Combine chai concentrate with heavy cream, milk, or water in a 1:1 ratio. Optionally, add sugar or simple syrup.
Notes
Will keep approximately one week in refrigerator.
