Brisa de Verano – Secret Spanish Recipe Featuring Mahón Gin

So this post is a bit unusual…

I actually can’t reveal this recipe yet. I recently entered a cocktail creation contest, and until they announce the winners I’m not allowed to share the recipe.

What I can tell you is that I heard about the contest as the deadline for entry was about to close. I had to create a custom cocktail featuring Mahón gin and post a video about it to Instagram. I managed to do this in under 5 hours and literally post the video without a second to spare.

If I win, The Humble Garnish is traveling to the distillery in Spain and will have the cocktail featured on the label!
