The Pimento (Allspice) Dram adds those familiar seasonal notes of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg that work perfectly with pear. Amaro Montenegro adds a touch more complexity and sweetness, and the vanilla simple syrup helps tie it all together. Pear Brandy Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Clear Creek Pear Brandy
- ¼ ounce vanilla simple syrup
- ⅛ ounce pimento (allspice) dram
- ⅛ ounce Amaro Montenegro
- 3 dashes Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Instructions
- Build the drink in a rocks glass by pouring ingredients over a large ice cube.
- Stir until chilled and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
